- Annual registration fee: £45 per student (September–August)
- Invoice changes: £10
- Late payment fee: £25
🕒 Payment & Booking Policy
- Private tuition is invoiced monthly in advance; group classes termly in advance
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
- Lessons are confirmed once payment is received
- Missed group classes are non-refundable
- Private lessons can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice
