Perfect for new families or learners who want to experience BELingual classes before committing to a full term.

• £30 per hour – 4-lesson mini package (£120 total, valid for 6 weeks)
• £35 per hour – Pay-as-you-go (subject to availability)

£60 per hour for the first student + £10 per hour for each additional student

Ideal for siblings, friends, or families who wish to learn together in a private setting. Groups are created by the family or individual booking and should be at a similar level.

Examples:

• 2 students = £70/hour total (£35 per student per hour)

• 3 students = £80/hour total (£26.66 per student per hour)

• 4 students = £90/hour total (£22.50 per student per hour)

…and so on.

Holiday Camp discounts

• Sibling Discount: 5% off additional siblings booked at the same time
• Full-Week Camp Discount: 5% off when booking a full week (Monday–Friday)

Discounts must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be combined.

Group classes are in high demand and places are limited — early booking is strongly recommended.

📋 Fees & Administration

• Annual registration fee: £45 per student (September–August, applies to all lesson types)
• Invoice amendments: £10 (applies to changes requested after an invoice has been issued)
• Late payment fee: £25 (applied after the 7-day payment period)

• Group classes are invoiced termly in advance; private tuition is invoiced monthly in advance
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice; bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment
• Lesson slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis; unpaid slots will be released
• Missed group classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled due to class structure and size
• Private lessons require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full
• Group size must be confirmed in advance; additional students cannot be added without prior agreement
