🕒 payments & Booking Policy
🕒 Booking & Attendance Policy
• Group classes: termly payment in advance.
• Private tuition: monthly payment in advance.
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
• Missed group classes cannot be refunded or credited.
• Private lessons require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• Illness: If your child is absent from school due to illness, they should also stay home from their BELingual lesson. Students who are too unwell to attend school are not well enough to attend French classes. They are welcome to return once they are well enough to return to school.
📋 Annual Registration & Administration Fee
£45 per student per academic year (September–August)
This is an annual fee and applies to all students, including returning students. It is separate from lesson fees and is renewed each academic year.
📚 Group Class Policy
• Group classes are subject to minimum enrolment numbers.
• BELingual reserves the right to combine, reschedule, or cancel a class if enrolment numbers are too low.
🌨️ Tutor Cancellation Policy
• If BELingual needs to cancel a lesson due to tutor illness or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement lesson, online lesson, or credit will be offered where possible.
📅 Term Dates & Holidays
• Lessons follow the published BELingual term dates which is aligned with the Bucks term dates.
• Group lessons do not take place during school holidays or bank holidays unless otherwise advised.
💳 Payment
• Invoice amendments: £10.
• Late payment fee: £25 after 7 days.
• BELingual reserves the right to suspend lessons where fees remain unpaid.
👥 Behaviour & Collection
• BELingual aims to provide a positive learning environment for all students.
• In the rare event that a student’s behaviour repeatedly disrupts lessons or affects the learning of others, BELingual reserves the right to withdraw the student’s place.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring children are collected promptly at the end of their lesson.
