🔹 Termly Commitment: Group classes which run termly in accordance with Buckinghamshire Council school dates are non-refundable & non-transferable (All booked sessions are final).

🔹 Missed Lessons: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or make-up lessons for missed group sessions.

🔹 48-hour notice required to cancel or a private lesson reschedule without charge.
🔹 Missed lessons without notice are charged in full.
🔹 Late arrivals – Sessions finish at the agreed time.
🔹 Payments due within 7 days 

🔹 Late Payment Fee: Please note that payments are due by the specified due date. Any payments not received by the due date will incur a late payment fee of £10. This fee will be added to the outstanding balance and must be settled along with the original amount due. We reserve the right to apply additional fees or suspend services until payment is made in full.
