📋 Terms, Payment & Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth and transparent communication, please review the following policies before booking:
💳 Payment & Booking (revised)
- Invoices are issued monthly (private tuition) or termly (group lessons) in advance and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Late payment fee: £25 will be added to overdue invoices. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
- An annual registration/admin fee of £45 per student applies (September–August).
- Holiday Camp places are limited and must be paid in full to secure a space.
- Invoice changes will incur a £10 admin fee.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
- All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- Group classes and camps: Missed days cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if started late.
- Private tuition: 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without charge.
- Private tuition: Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full.
💸 Discounts
- We offer the following discounts to support families and regular learners:
👨👩👧👦 Sibling Discount
- 5% off tuition fees for additional siblings booked at the same time.
- Applies to group classes, private tuition, and camps.
- Applies to the second and any additional siblings.
📆 Full-Week Camp Discount
- 5% off when you book a full 5-day week (Monday to Friday) of any BELingual holiday camp.
- Discount is per child, per week, and cannot be applied to partial weeks.
Please note: Discounts must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
