All German classes are taught by passionate, experienced, and friendly tutors who are DBS-checked and trained to adapt to each learner’s style.

❌ Cancellation & Payment Policy
🕒 48-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule private lessons without charge
🚫 Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full
🔒 Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
⏳ Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if started late
📬 Invoices are due within 7 days – late payments incur a £10 late fee and possible service suspension
