FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our Holiday Camp is for children in Reception to Year 7 (aged 5-12yrs). We have a variety of ages attend so your child will meet other children their age and make new friends. We also run a Saturday Club where children from the ages of 3 till the ages of 16 can attend. 

At the Holiday Camp each week is different. We do a different topic with different activities which kids love because no two weeks are the same. It can be cooking, sports, Halloween, autumn, food, hobbies, easter, holidays, in town and so much more...

Please send your child(ren) with the following: 

• a water bottle
• packed lunch 
• a snack
• any medication they need
• a hat 
• sun cream
• a rain coat

It’s really easy to book. You can register online on the French Holiday Club page or email us at contact@belingualfr.co.uk or call us on 07862294119. 

Upon reception of the booking form, we will send you an invoice which includes payment details. Alternatively, you can pay online using PayPal. 

Children of all levels can attend. We have children that are total beginners and others that are bilingual. It’s great to see the kids help each other and work as a team. They are split by age and levels for some of the activities. 

Our holiday camp runs every half term of the Buckinghamshire school year calendar… with the only exception of Christmas. 

We offer several options for parents so you can book the holiday camp around your schedule: 

• Day holiday camp: 10am - 3.30pm
• Extended day: 8.30am - 5pm 
• Half day: 8.30am -1pm or 12.30pm-5pm. 

No you don't need to book your child(ren) everyday. You can book regular days, extended days or half days and mix and match to tailor it to your need. Whether you need the camp for one day or five days we can help. 

Kindly note that all the bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means that once you have booked a date for your child to attend, it cannot be changed or refunded if they are unable to attend at any time. Please do ensure that you only book for the dates you need.

We don't provide lunch at the camp. Please send your child(ren) with a nut-free packed lunch and a bottle of water. Please also include a snack in their lunch box. 

We run the holiday camp from Amersham in Buckinghamshire. 

Yes, all animators are enhanced DBS checked.
